The experience takes place within the walls of an ancient Ossola valley farmhouse.
The farmhouse dating back to the early 1900, is located along one of the most fascinating and historically rich valley in the world and here, you can immerse yourself in a unique taste experience:
kneading, cutting, and cooking ravioli and tagliatelle, blending ancient traditions with contemporary flavors. The grass feed beef and vegetable garden will serve as the backdrop for an unforgettable cooking class.

Here, in a typical and suggestive setting, you will learn the proper recipe to prepare the dough and the techniques to obtain the typical pasta shapes.
A 2 hours laboratory and a full Farm lunch will follow.
