Our Cooking Class at the Winery begins with a guided tour of the vineyard and cellar, where you’ll discover the winemaking process and the unique characteristics of the wines produced in this region. After soaking in the breathtaking views of rolling vineyards, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and step into the kitchen!

Led by expert local chefs, this hands-on class will teach you the techniques of making fresh pasta from scratch, exploring different pasta shapes such as tagliatelle, tagliolini, pappardelle, tajarin, ravioli, plin, and tortellini. You’ll also learn traditional presentation methods and the best ways to pair each pasta with seasonal ingredients.

To complete the culinary experience, you’ll also prepare salame di cioccolato al Boca DOC, a classic Italian dessert infused with the bold flavors of Boca wine. Each dish will be crafted using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, ensuring an authentic farm-to-table experience.
