The experience will be the opportunity to combine a fresh pasta GNOCCHI making cooking class with a guided tour of one of the most iconic symbols of Piedmont: its ancient dairy farms.
Besides learning the recipe for making pasta, together with a guide, you will discover the most fascinating parts of an Italian farmhouse.
The tour will end with a rich tasting of typical local products.

The experience takes place within the walls of an ancient Ossola valley farmhouse.
The farmhouse dating back to the early 1900s, is located along one of the most fascinating and historically rich valley in the world.
Here, you can immerse yourself in a unique taste experience: kneading, cutting, and cooking gnocchi, blending ancient traditions with contemporary flavors. The grass feed beef and vegetable garden, will serve as the backdrop for an unforgettable cooking class.
You have found an authentic making class combined with a dairy farm tour.
Here, in a typical and suggestive setting, you wil learn the proper recipe to prepare the dough and the techniques to obtain the typical Gnocchis shapes. A 2 hours laboratory and a full Farm lunch will follow.
The experience will end with a rich tasting of dairy products, local cured meats and products cooked in a wood-burning oven, all served with the good local wine, a complete menu prepared with the organic products from the farm by the restaurant of the farm itself.

The farm where you will live this experience is located in the heart of the Ossola Valley, a few km far from the Lake Maggiore.
Come with us to a typical Ossola Valley Farm, where to enjoy the Gnocchis lab, learning how to prepare the real Italian Gnocchis you’ll immerge yourself in the Italian tradition of fresh ingredients and great recipes.
We love to work with small groups of maximum 10 people so we are able to stay focused on you.
You will taste the portions of Gnocchi you made during the workshop and the recipes of the Italian cooking workshop afterwards so you can enjoy the true Italy at home, whenever you want!
At the end of the workshop you will taste a typical Farm To Table lunch.
We will teach you the following Gnocchis:
- Potatoes
- Polenta Flour
- Carrots
- Chestnuts Flour
- Nettles
